Disclosure Forms:
Penndel is required, under provisions of Act 44 of 2009, to post completed disclosure forms from its current pension plan professionals. These forms were due by December 17, 2010. All forms requires from Penndel’s Uniform and Non-Uniform have been submitted and are being posted as required.

Penndel Environmental Advisory Committee : An Environmental Advisory Committee is a group of 3-7 community residents that advise the local planning commission, park and recreation board and elected officials on the protection, conservation, management, promotion and use of the natural resources within its territorial limits.
Penndel Business Association: The Penndel Business Association is a group of Penndel Business owners who have united to make life better for Penndel families in need.
Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act: Contractors who perform home improvements are required to register with the Office of Attorney General. While the law requires contractors to register with the Attorney General’s office, this registration is not an endorsement of their honesty or quality of work. For this reason, in addition to seeing whether a contractor is registered with the Attorney General’s office, you should also:
- Check with the Better Business Bureau.
- Thoroughly check your contractor’s references.
Special Needs Register This link enables registration for individuals who will require assistance during an emergency. This is a free, voluntary, and strictly confidentiality program. It is designed to help those who would have difficulty during an evacuation, because of physical or cognitive limitations, language barriers, or lack of transportation. It will help your first responders make the best use of limited time and resources to help those with no other options for evacuation during an emergency. Individuals, or caregivers on their behalf, are able to register. electronically.
