Slatington Borough will be conducting the annual flushing of its Water System. Residents are advised that there may be a drop in pressure and/or a cloudy to brownish appearance for a very short period of time during the flushing operation and will return to normal with use. The flushing schedule is as follows:

* Well number seven (7); May 2nd through 5th from 9 PM to 12 PM.
* Low pressure System; May 2nd through May 5th from 9 PM to 12 PM.
* Low Pressure System; May 9th through May 12th from 9 PM to 12 PM.
* Kuehner Hill, High Pressure; May 9th through May 11th from 9 PM to 12    PM.
* High Pressure System; May 12th;  May 16th through May 19th;  and May 23rd through May 26th

Residents are advised to plan normal water consumption activities around these times and dates. We thank all for their understanding.
