Slatington Borough will be conducting the annual flushing of its Water System. Residents are advised that there may be a drop in pressure and/or a cloudy to brownish appearance for a very short period of time during the flushing operation and will return to normal with use. The flushing schedule is as follows:

* Well number seven (7); March 26 through March 29th from 9 PM to 12 PM.
* Low pressure System; March 26th through March 29th from 9 PM to 12 PM.
* Low Pressure System; April 2nd through April 5th from 9 PM to 12 PM.
* Kuehner Hill, High Pressure; April 2nd through April 5th from 9PM to 12    PM.
* High Pressure System; April 9th through April 12th from 9PM to 12 PM

Residents are advised to plan normal water consumption activities around these times and dates. We thank all for their understanding.
