Billing Schedule for 2011-2012:
1st Qtr (Nov. 2011 – Jan. 2012)
Due Date Monday, April 2, 2012, no later than 4:30 P.M.

2nd Qtr (Feb. 2012 – Apr 2012)
Due Date Monday, July 2, 2012, no later than 4:30 P.M.

3rd Qtr (May 2012 – July 2012)
Due Date Tuesday, October 2, 2012, no later than 4:30 P.M.

4th Qtr (Aug. 2012 – Oct. 2012
Due Date Wednesday, January 2, 2013, no later than 4:30 P.M.

Late fee is 10% of the bill. A late charge will be assessable at 4:31 pm. If you have a problem in budgeting money on a quarterly basis, you can make payments on a monthly basis which will be credited to your account. If you choose to make monthly payments, the entire bill must be satisfied by the due date to avoid penalty charges.
